We don't have an area we discuss things, and I figure most mods are here so we can just note this, NOTHING pointed at anyone specific.

I also think public discussions keep things from seeming cryptic.

1st and foremost, I wanna say I appreciate you folks that moderate streams. I can't and stream so you doing that save me a lot of frustration. I want that expressed and clearly.

One thing that I've seen however, is a lot of argument over moderating decisions between mods on stream.

Obviously, I want you to have your own opinions on thing. The mod arguments though on this specifically, moderating, aren't good for a few reason. Publicly, a unified face keeps idiots from winning and also - we are all on the same side. Privately, I can think of a few ways to solve issues. People can either just fix stuff or they can ask me. That way there's no argument or lingering issue and I'm not siding with or against anyone. I'm just clarifying. I can also add a few senior mods to answer stuff or help with decisions and crushing anything. Whatever works.

I appreciate and value you all too. You help and I don't want anyone reading anything negative here. It's the opposite. If there's an issue, there's an answer and the answer keeps stuff from being a long running problem.
